FAR MEADOW PLATFORM

The Far Meadow is the area of Portland’s Leach Botanical Garden where children’s programming takes place. This platform concept was developed to formalize an area where the Garden can host speakers and children’s programming, while providing a play space for the children when it’s not in use. This concept incorporates site-sourced materials, both to reuse what’s available and to make the platform feel as though it’s always been there.
