The renovation of the Center for Philanthropy Lobby features a series of subtle yet impactful interventions and refined material upgrades that transform the once-dated space into a bright, welcoming environment. The design highlights the public elevators and adjacent waiting area, while a newly added private access door to the second floor is seamlessly integrated to remain discreet and unobtrusive.

A carefully curated color palette complements both the lobby's artwork and the existing materials retained in the space, including the original floor tile.
